EVIDENCE COMPARISON / CLOVER PEPTIDES REVIEW

Where the finding ends, the claim must stop

A comparison of measured tissues, study materials and evidence maturity, without a human recovery ranking.

The finding, in plain English

This comparison cannot identify the best peptide for human recovery. The studies use different materials, models and tests, and most of the repair evidence is preclinical. A skin-cell result, a rat ulcer and an inflamed mouse colon cannot be placed on a common scale of clinical benefit. [7][12][19]

The useful comparison is where each finding was measured. GHK-Cu is anchored in skin and supporting-cell work. BPC-157 includes stomach injury and blood-flow experiments. Related thymosin beta-4 research extends across injury models, but the parent protein must remain separate from TB-500. KPV is centered on intestinal inflammation and delivery systems. [1][11][15][20]

Adjacent tissue means the tissue around an injury; a distant organ lies elsewhere. Neither category is a proven zone of action. A distant organ studied in a separate experiment was that experiment's target, not proof of whole-body repair spreading from another injury.

A register of locations and limits

The table compares supplied findings rather than claiming a direct head-to-head experiment. Its final column is the evidence boundary that must accompany the location.

EntryDirectly examined site or systemSurrounding or distant interpretationEvidence boundary
GHK-CuSkin samples, fibroblast cultures and topical skin or scalp studies [1][3][5][7]Skin-layer retention concerns copper; broader gene activity is not an organ-repair map [2][5]Cell, review and limited topical human evidence; formulations differ
BPC-157Rat stomach ulcers, ischemic muscle and vascular cells [11][12]Animal disposition and human organ biomarkers are exposure or safety endpoints [10][8]Mostly preclinical repair; a tiny human pilot is not efficacy evidence [9]
TB-500 / parent-protein contextActin complexes, rat brain injury and full-length thymosin beta-4 reviews [14][15][17]Separate organ models do not prove repair spreading to distant organsParent protein differs from fragment; human safety study used full-length material [16]
KPVIntestinal cells and inflamed mouse colon [18][19][20][21]Barrier proteins concern the lining; animal body-weight recovery is not distant-organ repairPreclinical evidence; targeted and combination preparations matter [18][22]

A blank spatial conclusion is preferable to a guessed one. None of these entries establishes a measured human radius of repair.

Mechanisms overlap less than the vocabulary suggests

“Repair” collects several biological processes. GHK-Cu work emphasizes supporting-matrix production and remodeling. BPC-157's best-defined supplied pathway emphasizes blood-vessel receptor signaling. Full-length thymosin beta-4 work centers on actin handling, cell movement and related injury responses. KPV studies emphasize peptide uptake and reduced inflammatory signaling. [4][11][17][20]

These processes can appear in the same broad injury narrative, but that does not establish interchangeable effects. Producing collagen, recovering blood flow and reducing an inflammatory marker are different endpoints. Their clinical significance depends on the tissue, model and functional outcome.

A mechanism also does not determine geographical reach by itself. A circulating preparation might expose multiple tissues without repairing them. A targeted carrier might improve an experimental colon result without establishing how a different preparation behaves elsewhere. [10][19]

Human evidence is not a single category

GHK-Cu's human layer includes limited topical work and a GHK-containing combination hair study. Cell cultures derived from human tissue remain laboratory evidence. Skin collected and tested outside the body does not become a living-person distribution trial. [1][3][5][7]

BPC-157's safety pilot reported observations in 2 healthy adults. Full-length thymosin beta-4's early-phase safety study involved 40 healthy volunteers. The different sample sizes do not create a head-to-head comparison: the materials differ, and neither trial establishes TB-500-fragment or BPC-157 injury-repair efficacy. [8][16]

KPV has no human clinical trial represented in this record. Human intestinal cell lines are informative for uptake and signaling, but they cannot establish a person's clinical benefit or safety. Reviews help interpret a field; they do not add trial participants or independent replication to the studies they summarize. [20][22][9]

Exposure, tissue change and function are separate questions

GHK-Cu skin-sample measurements locate copper within and across skin layers. BPC-157 disposition work locates the peptide's breakdown and elimination in animal systems. Both inform delivery questions; neither directly establishes repair at every location exposed. [5][10]

Local tissue measurements need another distinction. A restored barrier protein or reduced inflammatory enzyme may support a repair-related interpretation, but functional recovery is a further endpoint. Rat neurological scores are functional observations in a defined injury model; they remain parent-protein animal findings. [18][21][14]

The strongest spatial claim is therefore the narrow one: investigators measured a named endpoint in a named place under a named condition. Extending it to adjacent tissue, another organ, another material or humans adds a separate claim requiring separate evidence.

Shared repair vocabulary does not establish shared clinical efficacy.

Safety cannot be inferred from a promising map

The same biological pathways that motivate repair research can raise safety questions. The supplied BPC-157 and thymosin-related cautions include theoretical concerns around vessel growth and growth-associated signaling. Theories need careful labeling; they are neither measured human harms nor evidence that the substances are harmless. [11][15]

Topical GHK evidence cannot settle systemic safety. Full-length thymosin beta-4 tolerability cannot settle fragment safety. KPV findings with targeted carriers or a companion immunosuppressant cannot authenticate a different preparation. Scarce human evidence and material uncertainty limit the whole comparison. [1][16][18][13]

The compound entries carry the fuller distinctions, and the source register keeps citations traceable. This table is an editorial map of the literature, not a selection tool for self-treatment, a combination protocol or an athletic recovery recommendation.
